Cards and Paysafecard are deposit-only, so a card deposit comes back by bank transfer or Revolut. Wager your deposit once before you withdraw; otherwise we deduct 10% (e-wallets) or 15% (cards and bank transfers) of the last deposit. An account left idle for 180 days pays €5 a month until the balance is gone.

Your tier is calculated on the 90 days before a withdrawal request and can be reviewed against your deposit and bonus history. Higher tiers also get priority processing.
Verification
Before your first withdrawal we ask for a passport, driving licence or ID card, a utility bill, bank statement or rental agreement as proof of address and, when needed, proof that the payment method is yours. Upload them in your account within 30 days of our request.
